The Digital Skills Courseware Pretest is designed to measure skills before engaging in the course. Each module begins with a Pretest. Learners must complete the Pretest before they can begin the course.

Each Pretest begins with instructions that detail how to take the online Pretest. As learners review the Pretest Instructions, they click on the next arrow to navigate through the pages. When learners reach the end of the pretest instructions, they will begin their Pretest. Each module has several pretest questions, and scores are based on percentage correct.

When the Pretest is complete, learners will see their Pretest results. They select Continue to return to the Digital Skills Courseware homepage and begin the module.
